WHAT IS VIRTUAL MACHINE?

In computing, a virtual machine (VM) is an emulation of a computer system. Virtual machines are based on computer architectures and provide functionality of a physical computer. Their implementations may involve specialized hardware, software, or a combination.

A virtual machine is a software computer that, like a physical computer, runs an operating system and applications. The virtual machine is comprised of a set of specification and configuration files and is backed by the physical resources of a host. Every virtual machine has virtual devices that provide the same functionality as physical hardware and have additional benefits in terms of portability, manageability, and security.

A virtual machine consists of several types of files that you store on a supported storage device. The key files that make up a virtual machine are the configuration file, virtual disk file, NVRAM setting file, and the log file. You configure virtual machine settings through the vSphere Web Client or the vSphere Client. You do not need to touch the key files.

HOW TO INSTALL AND USE?

OR FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Download and install VMWare virtual machine from vmware official site. Download link is below.

2. After installation done restart your pc as required.

3. Now open it then put a name and then click on create new virtual machine.

4. Now select windows/mac installation dvd or iso files which is opened by iso opener as dvd.

(go to my channel and watch videos make and use iso images to know better about iso images)

5. open the iso image with daemon tools.

6. select the dvd to start installing operating systems. select a location.

7. now select how much storage you need in this windows.

8. then customize your windows settings.

9. Set ram, processors etc then next.

10. Now click finish when all settings done.

11. Now windows installation will start.

12. When installation is complete just reopen the software. if you wanna add another operating system just click on "create a new virtual machine". Or just click on windows 10 to use the windows.
